RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Promote IT certifications to professionals at higher education institutions
• Establish revenue increases and reach sales goals
• Analyze customer needs, synthesize information, create, and execute innovative solutions that will enhance relationships with existing customers and cultivate opportunities with new customers.
• Work with various departments within the organisation to implement strategies
• Act as a trusted advisor to IT professionals by providing in-depth support and guidance directly aligned to the certification.
• Assist in planning customer’s education strategy and suggesting the most suitable certification
• Assist the clients in the application procedure, including certification selection, online-application, and document submission
• Collect feedback from previous students and assist them in potential future services.
• Cooperate with sales team and assist in developing corporate image
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have a degree/diploma in sales education or related field
• Ability and willingness to learn techniques, execute, and improve everyday
• Ability to execute long and short-term sales strategies
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience in web and social media
• Ability to empower, motivate, and inspire
• Passion to get the maximum satisfaction of your customers
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skill
